Retro: IRL MEETUP #1

About the IRL Meetup on Saturday 22.07.2023:

As I sit down to write this post, my heart is filled with a mix of emotions. Recently, we had our first-ever in-person meetup at the park, an event that I had been eagerly looking forward to.

When I showed up Miku was already waiting there. I was worried about the weather being too hot at first, but it was actually quite nice.

We wondered if anybody else would show up too...

Unfortunately the longer we waited, the more worried Miku got. She kept blaming herself for nobody showing up.

I tried explaining to her that it's not her fault and that people are just busy, but she wouldn't stop crying.

So I tried cheering her up by playing some chess together.

After that we had a little study session and solved puzzles.

To those who couldn't make it, we missed you dearly. We understand that life can get busy or unexpected circumstances may arise. Please know that your absence didn't go unnoticed, and we eagerly await the chance to meet each one of you in future events.

Maybe a meetup at a park was just too boring... next time we can do something like Geocaching?
