Revise Rules and Regulations

TITLE:  Active Playing Rules

OBJECTIVE:

Philippine Rizalian Chess Club (PRCC) aims to reach the top rank of team matches leaderboard here in Chess.com.

To challenge all active Filipino online chess players to play together and constantly in order reach the #1 spot.

RULES DETAILS:

1)  All members should take part in our team matches.

2)  Minimum 3 simultaneous team matches.  Maximum of 25 simultaneous team matches. Strong players may go beyond maximum team matches as long as the quality of games are guaranteed.  But 25 team matches limit must be observed to give chance to other to play the top boards and low rank players to earn a spot in order to  improve ratings.

3)  Non-active member will be removed from the team with due process as detailed below:

    a)  Classification of non-active player:

        i)  No on-going PRCC team match games

      ii)  Last log-in date is more than 4 weeks ago without proper leave notification (see #4).

     iii)  Last log-in date is more than 4 weeks ago excluding vacation mode period.

    b)  Non-active player will be notified via PM in order to explain and must comply within 2 weeks.

    c)  Guilty party must leave the PRCC on his/her own.  If not acted within 5 days, SuperAdmin's has the right to removed the guilty party.

4)  Player can notify SuperAdmin's if he/she foresee a situation where he/she won't be able to play for a period of time.  Reason is not necessary but the inactive period dates must be specific.  Number of on-going games must be noted by SuperAdmin's for future reference, therefore, players must quit from all pending team matches that he/she have.
