🥇 Point System & Role Promotion🥇:
To grow our community and reward dedication, we’re introducing a Point System. You can earn points by helping the club and get promoted based on your contribution!
🏆 How to Earn Points 🏆:
📌 Activity 🎯 Points
Host a club tournament or arena (For +15
Coordinators and Admins)
Invite a new member who joins the club +10
Post high-quality content (e.g., puzzles, guides, +10
new forums etc)
Participate in club events (games or vote chess.... etc) +5
Suggest and implement useful club features +10 to +30 Depending on the idea
🧍♂️Club Roles & Promotions:
✅ Coordinator:
Required Points: 70+ or personally invited
Tasks after becoming coordinator : Invite members, moderate chats, assist with tournaments.
🔧 Admin:
Required Points : 180+ or personally invited
Must Serve: 1 month as Coordinator.
Tasks: Manage tournaments, delete posts that have advertisement in notes, check member points etc.
🛡️ Super Admin:
Required Points: 300+ or personally invited
Must Show: Long-term loyalty, good judgment, leadership and should serve as admin for 4+ months.
Tasks: Full club control, change settings, oversee all member points. (Proper info and task will be given once promoted).
🎁 Bonus & Penalties:
Monthly Top 3 Earners: Temporary rewards or admin rights for some time.
Negative Behaviour: -10 points for spam, toxic behaviour, or rule-breaking.
Note : Mis-behaviour of any club member who has a role can be de-promoted.
Note : If you have enough points but don't want any role please message @Tejaskesavamurthy or any super admin.
Note : The point system will start only from 1st June 2025
