Round 4 Pairings for Longer Live Tourney #1

Here are the pairings for Round 4. In order for the pairings to work and make sure that no one played the same player a second time I had to tweak the pairings. This should be eliminated in future tournaments as I am looking for some software to help run things. 

All the games of the 4th round must be completed by Monday May 23 @ 6:00PM US ET (10:00PM UTC). Pairings are below
Schedule your own games. Rules of play, etc., are in a prior announcement (see https://www.chess.com/announcements/view/the-r2-pairings-are-posted-1, I don't want to repeat everything from there to here.)
Reporting Results (this is new):

We ask you to report your result in two ways: (a) post the results in the comments here along with a link to your game; and (b) go to our spreadsheet and enter a 1 or .5 or 0 in the yellow column (spreadsheet is at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1YROQdWGOXWebuaqnCh2gRu_gP6IqX1-v1krTpRq4rOI/edit#gid=1590881850 ). Both players are responsible for reporting the result!
