Rules Changes for Season One

To stimulate member participation and interest, I have made two changes to the procedure of the LCT for Season One. These changes will remain in effect indefinitely.

First, all Swiss tournament formats scheduled with time controls slower than 15|10 have been changed to Arena formats, for these reasons:

• Late-join is easier and better
• More playing opportunities, since Chess.com automatically shortens Swiss tournaments with small participation to a small amount of rounds. 

Secondly, the start times for Weeks 4, 5, and 6 have all been rescheduled to 2:00 AM UTC / 10:00 PM Friday EDT. This is so that the tournaments aren't in the middle of the night.
