Rules, Eligibility to get any post in Chess.com Uttar Pradesh

Hello Everyone!  Some members might have wondered how to become  Coordinator, Admin and finally Super Admin in our club. So, today I want to make everything clear. I have mentioned  below all rules and regulations everything regarding that but Firstly most important is that "Everyone Always be polite here " . 

Firstly for coordinator post because the journey starts from this post- 

Rule 1 (most compulsory) - Be an active in our club, Whenever I post announcement for any match then any member who desire to receive any post in our team must come forward for support. Your rating doesn't matter, What matters is your love, dedication, honesty and helpful nature towards our team. 

Rule 2- Participate for our team  in live  multi clubs arenas at least 2 times and try to score at least 50 points in each arena. Means - (50*2= 100 points). 

                                      OR

Rule 2- Once you completed 28 points in our club's Daily team matches leaderboard then coordinator position is yours 😊

After following all above rules, any member will become coordinator in our team.  

After becoming coordinator- 

Rule 1-  Be an active in our club. Post puzzles for our other team members at least 2 times in a week. This duty is compulsory from now once you become coordinator in our team. 

Rule 2- Support in Daily team matches. No time outs in your games at all. 

 It will be an optional for the coordinator to participate in live multi-club arenas or not. The coordinator can also play for another club in live multi-club arenas if they wish.

Don't accept any daily team match challenge by an another club without asking me.

                                             Note- 

If any Coordinator, admin and super admin is busy in his/ her offline life for any reason or want to take some break then simply message to Me. I will wait for your comeback for the next couple of months ( at least). There after I will be forced to demote you  because yours activeness is very important in our club. You can get your post again after your comeback if you inform me by messaging here. 

For an Admin post- 

Rule 1- Coordinator will become an Admin if he/ she performs very well by following all above rules. 

Rule 2- Be an active in our club. Invite new members ( if you can do) 

Rule 3- Must participate in every important Daily team matches, Participation in multi clubs arenas is an optional but Admin can't support other team in live Multi clubs arenas.  If I find it then I will directly demote that admin to simply as a member. 

Rule 4- Support in all important daily team matches. No time outs at all. 

Rules for Super Admins-

1) Admin will become super admin after his/her brilliant performance and dedication for our club. 

2) Same responsibility like as an admin. 

Rules for former coordinator, admin and Super admin-

If any former post holder member wants to get his post again the He/She will have to start from fresh means from coordinator. 

  Note (This rule is for everyone) - Loosing your daily games for our club by time outs will not be acceptable. If anyone does it  then for the first time that member will get warning by message for not doing time outs again in our future events but if that member keep doing time outs then that member's membership will be finished from our club. 

                Let me clear some doubt- 

There are some members here who might be thinking that "We are not from U.P., then why should we play for Chess.com Uttar Pradesh?" So let me make one thing clear that this club is not playing at the domestic level like U.P. vs Mumbai or U.P. vs M.P.  Our team is playing in the official competition organizing leagues of chess.com, means at the international level. So it is important for all Indians to support it. Uttar Pradesh is representing India by this club. All the historical achievements which our club Chess.com Uttar Pradesh has achieved yet, have not been achieved by even the best clubs with 30000+ members.
