Rules for communication and game playing between opponents in the weekly blitz and rapid

If player A contacts me (Eledef07 club Administrator)and provides proof that he/she contacted player B to play a rapid and or blitz game during the  tournament week and they never responded or played that game by the time the tournament week is over then player A gets awarded a point via forfeit. The same applies if player B contacted me about player A (same scenario vice versa). You must contact me within the first 4 days of the tournament Monday-Thursday. If you contact me first on Friday and or Saturday this scenario does not count. You will not get awarded a point if you end up not playing the game.
