Club Purpose

- The Stellar Xplorer Club is an online chess club for space enthusiasts and chess players to come together, play chess, and explore the universe of chess strategies.

Membership

- Membership is open to all users who share an interest in space and chess.
- Members must be respectful and courteous to fellow club members.

Club Activities

- Online chess tournaments and matches.
- Discussion forums for chess strategies and space-related topics.
- Special events and themed tournaments.

Tournament Rules

- Tournaments will be held regularly, with varying time controls and formats.
- Members must register in advance to participate.
- Fair play and sportsmanship are expected from all participants.

Promotions

- Promotions will be determined through democratic elections held within the club.
- Members will vote for their preferred candidate to move up the ranks.
- Election results will be final and binding.

Demotions

- Demotions will occur if a member fails to comply with club rules and regulations.
- Demotions will be decided by the club administrators and moderators.

- Reasons for demotion include, but are not limited to:
- Unsportsmanlike conduct
- Harassment or toxic behavior
- Failure to participate in club activities
- Violation of terms of service

Conduct and Behavior

- Respect fellow members and opponents.
- No harassment, trolling, or toxic behavior.
- Keep discussions civil and on-topic.

Leadership

- The club will have designated administrators to manage club activities and enforce rules.

Amendments

- Rules may be amended or updated as needed, with notice to club members.
