Rules of demoting

People legit is demoting people for no  reason so i will make the rules. 1) only demote if that person swears of do bad stuff 2) if you demote a person without my premmission well then you will be demoted to the same rank as the person you demoted if you don't follow the rules you will be demoted to member for a while
