No Discrimination: We don’t tolerate racism, sexism, or any form of discrimination. 🚫
Be Polite: Use respectful language and avoid insults or offensive comments. 💬
Stay Focused: Keep discussions and posts related to chess. ♟️
Avoid Spam: No promotional links, spam, or irrelevant content. 🚫📢
Private Issues: Report issues privately to admins or Super Admins. 🔒
 
2. Events & Tournaments 🏆
Play Fair: Follow Chess.com’s Fair Play Policy during events. 🏅
Respect Vote Chess: Do not vote for bad moves or sabotage the game. 🚫✖️
Resign by Consensus: Only resign from Vote Chess when the group agrees. ✅
Daily Matches: Don’t throw games. Join only if you can manage the time control. ⏱️
Be Punctual: Show up on time for scheduled tournaments. Notify admins if you can’t attend. ⏰
No Cheating: Using engines or outside help will result in an immediate ban. 🚫🤖
 
3. Admin & Coordinator Rules 🛠️
Fair Decisions: Admins should make impartial decisions; misuse of power will not be tolerated. ⚖️
Inactivity: Admins inactive for more than 30 days will be demoted. ⏳
Event Scheduling: Admins must ensure tournaments are created and run on time. 📅
No Personal Vendettas: Admins must not use their power to settle personal issues. ⚔️
Transparency: Decisions regarding bans or demotions must be communicated clearly. 📣

Earn Promotions: Promotions are based on activity, not requests. 📈
Contribute: Participate in discussions, share tips, and engage in events. 🗣️
Report Issues: If you have concerns about behavior, contact an admin. 🚨
Active Participation: Regular participation in events and forums is encouraged. 📅
 
5. Penalties ⚖️
Warnings: Minor infractions will result in a warning. ⚠️
Suspension: Repeated violations can lead to a temporary suspension. ⛔
Permanent Ban: Serious offenses like cheating or abuse will result in permanent expulsion. 🚫
