SCC Winter Tournament 2017

Yep, that's right, another tournament! I know, I'm happy about it too. We're calling this one the SCC Winter Tournament 2017, and these are the deets:

Sunday, December 3
12pm - 6pm
4 Round Swiss (i.e. no eliminations!)
2 sections - Open and Student. (Additional sections may be created to accommodate youths.)

Location is Room 1049 of A-State’s new Humanities and Social Science Building.

I think we're planning on 1-hour rounds, so both sides get 30 minutes. If necessary, we may bump that down to 20 minutes each for faster rounds, we'll see.

Note it will be on a Sunday. We know how people frequently have plans on Saturdays, so we're trying something new. It's also NOT in the Student Union, but rather is in the new Humanities building.
