Shradheyan's brilliancy helps Daredevils come back in 3rd session

Shradheyan, the captain of daredevils, led from the front again and defeated @Kesarling_UT

2-0. But wait, drama has been stalking on the Legends. If yesterday's drama was because of @Dragondom1 ( I accept it, my mistake), today's drama involved both sides.

After the 2 games, @Kesarling_UT and @Shradheyan decided to play out the remaining games.

And what happened was @Kesarling_UT won both of them in under 15 moves.

But are these counted? That's the question.

The Olympiad Federation's Committee of Rules, would say that this shouldn't be allowed after the introduction of 2 day matches.

The reason why this happened according to Shradheyan was that he had played 4 games against his opponent last time. So he thought this was the same. But since then, the rules got changed. That was a 1v1 .  This is a 2v2.  Because of this confusion, this had occurred.

So , since the 1st two games only count the score is 4-2 and the match is alive.

So far, the game of the match would be:

A game of missed chances for @Kesarling_UT. But @Shradheyan grasped his chances except the missed Bxf7+.

Overall, either this or @Shradheyan's 2nd game have the highest chances for the Game of the Day.

The next session will decide the match. If Shradheyan manages to get a win in the 1st game, then we are in a for a spicy last game. But beating the unbeaten @samarjithbiju who has lasted 10 games unbeaten is tough. His situational awareness would surely make him hold a draw Krishna believes.

That's it for now.

Stay tuned for more updates

Regards,

Vyasa
