GM Wesley So defeated GM Gata Kamsky in their Round 3 1st Game. Looking well-prepared in the opening, GM So take the early advantage that put GM Kamsky into time trouble. GM Kamsky barely make it in the 1st 40 moves but with a losing position. It was the fine technique of GM So that finally convert the advantage into a full point.
GM So will playing White tomorrow and needs only a draw to advance into Round 4 of the World Chess Cup.
