State Of Play

Greetings Team Hampshire!

We're midway through the current season and things are looking good. I have been consistently pleased with our high turnouts for matches, usually outnumbering our opponents. In addition, are results have been good so far, with one match decided (a victory against Herefordshire) while we're making progress in the other two.

We also have a brilliant turnout for the match against Durham, who currently look set to be the group leaders with two victories under their belt and a strong team. It will definitely be our toughest match so far and I urge everyone to take the time for each move and give us the best shot possible.

If my suggestions in the Council go ahead, there will be a single promotion spot into the B-division this season (with two spots in the future). It's a challenge but I'm confident this team is capable of getting that spot. There will be one more match after Durham, and then we wait.

Finally, I have put forward a suggestion for the revitalisation of the K.O. cup, and if this goes ahead we will have more matches in the future. Either way, keep up the good work Hampshire!
