Status of League USTCL tournament

Wyoming is doing great in our US Team Chess League  (USTCL) tournament.  Many thought we would get beaten by California,  New York.  But we prevailed with upsets against them.  We are in a battle and out gunned against New Jersey and so far we've had some great wins.  UNFORTUNATELY WE HAD 5 LOSSES DO TO TIME OUTS.  NOT ACCEPTABLE!  If you plan to play in the tournament and have issues managing 3 days a move then it is imperative the you pay for the minimum membership.  It is not fair to the rest of the Wyoming team if you time out.
