Support for Ukraine

Although I am not supporting handling of politics over the chessboard, but unprecended (for 21st century) attack of Russia government forces on free country is far beyond politics and humanity.

Response below is NOT personal against admins of Russian teams and I sincerely hope, that many of them see the reality in their own eyes and not through Russian censored media. But I feel that Russia has to be fully isolated politicaly, economicaly and militarily from countries, which respect each other. And this should remain until change of the goveremnt in Russia and repayment of all costs incurred by the occupation.

In relation to European Cities League

- all ongoing and future ECL2022 matches of Russian teams are forfeited.

I hope that admins will understand this course of action and will not take it personally.
