Team Aberdeen Win their first match!

It is my great pleasure to be able to report that we, Team Aberdeen, have won our first match in the chess.com Team Matches. It was a friendly 5-a-side match against a fine Luton Town FC team. Despite going 2-0 down early on to what was later revealed to be Luton's strongest player playing their bottom board, the team came through it together to score a fantastic comeback to win the match by a convincing 7 games to 3. We are now one of the few teams that have won 100% of their team matches. Let's hope this continues against JUGGERS.

At this point I would like to express my congratulations and thanks to, as well as my pride in, all our players. We may still be a small group but we have shown that we can come together to do our city, our shire, and our club proud. I hope that this sort of team spirit will carry through to the players tomorrow because Lord knows they need to show it soon.

Just for fun, I would like to end with a position from one of my games against razorblade13, where I was winning, but razorblade13 was making a fight of it and this was they key position that had a neat finish. Hope you like it.
