Rules:

We start with teams of 3, They can't be too stacked because that would be unfair so to keep things fair try to keep the rating average to 2200 online rapid. If you have a provisional online rapid rating, we are gonna use your USCF or FIDE. I don't want to see 3 people rated 2300 on the same team

Then after the teams are set. They'll be paired with another team, you guys schedule times for when you can play.
