Team Matches for all levles.

I just started 4 Team matches for 1900 and under, 1700 and under, 1500 and under, and one for all members.  Please find the match that fits your rating and join.  I'm trying to get our win percentage up.  We are having trouble winning matches because we play teams with 500+ members and 1500 rated players are playing 2000 rated players.  Setting up matched to apply to certain rating levels should help us out a lot and not discourage members from playing in team matches.  Good luck to everyone and have fun in your matches!
