team suggestion

 ok coat of arms i am learning. what i have figured out is that when we do a team match with 20 or so with a wide rating range (1000 to 2300) we are being overtaken by large teams. my first thought is that we challenge  a single team like power of chess, but make 4 or 5 groups. like a group of (1800 to 2300) with 5 players. this is not fool proof either,but i think our chances will be a lot better. another option is to look up small teams and challenge them. i want you to tell me what you think. i would like to start now by locking in our top 5 players in the match against the power of chess. the rest will be removed, but then i set up 3 or 4 more against the power of chess and hopefully everyone could join in one of the 3 other matches. we can beat this team!  thanks
