Teamplay
Hi members!
My name is Björn Nilsson from Sweden.
I have been a member here on chess.com for a little longer than a year - just a little shorter that I have play chess all together.
My chess skills sucks - that´s for facts - and I don´t think I improve in that case either.
That because of that I not have the right mind for it in several ways.
But I love this game very much, and play rather than good.
Beside that I play here, I try to contribute in other ways as well.
I create tournaments and play in several teams - which two of them I run myself: The Uppstarts, and The Rookie´s
This team of ours, is just a little one - just 20 members for the moment.
It is a great numbers of team here at chess.com, and some of them have several hundred of members..and some just like us and so.
However it is not the number of member who is most important, but how they put their input in the team.
It is far enought just as a member to participate in the games who creates in the team..then if we win or lose?..well, somebody have to do that anyway..the mainthing is that we enjoy it along the way.
With this I hope that I reached out to all of you with the simple message: please participate in our games so much you can..because without that, the team is vacuous and week.
In my own teams I have create a manual for how to manage how to play in the team..I will copy that and post it out in the forum - that I link below this among links to the games we have for the moment, who you can join in to.
