Team's squads readjustment.

Hey everyone, I want to put out there that since there have been new members to the team, I am looking at readjusting the squads as far as squad members are concerned. That means I want to make the squads as equally strong rating wise as possible. What I am asking for is for everyone who has an online chess rating to post their rating for the purpose of readjusting the squads where the ratings for each are as equal as possible. If you do not have a rating, just state it as being "Unrated" and I will go from there as far as squad assignment is concerned.
