Term 4 tournament - idea....

Chess tournament

Start with 2000 points

Each game is worth a total of 100 points

Players negotiate how much for a win / loss

Example #1  vs Nathaniel I have a 50% chance of winning so I would offer 50 points if he wins and if I win I get 50 points (total 100)

Example #2 vs Nathaniel again, this time speed chess where I am better. So my offer is 60 if he wins and 40 if I win

Example #3 vs Nathaniel again, let’s go crazy. Offer is 5 points if he wins and 95 if I win. I give Nate a 6 move head start (but can't take my pieces or target f2 square) .

Person with most points at end of term

Minimum 5 games to qualify

Bonus: 5 games played = 100 points bonus, 10 = 200 15 = 300 and so on
