The Rules And Guidelines

Hey guys here are the rules and guidelines

Rules -

1. All games will consist of blitz and bullet
2. The pairings will be done on the basis of ratings
3. The negotiations thread will be made
4. all games must be posted at the results thread
5. only 32 players will be in the league
6. only 10 players can join form each club
7. in case of too many players a seperate division will be made

Guidelines

1. Three games will be played
2. one 3 min game , one 1 min game and a 5 min game
