Things to make sure before the start of tournament [IMPORTANT]

Serepheon, Director of Advanced Classical League here.
Merry Christmas, first of all. As we approach the new year closer, so does our first season of Advanced Classical League approaches closer. You might have probably seen the variety of awards and the unique format of this league. In order to maintain correct records and no problems later that might lead to be destructive for you and your team. Please do the following.
For Players : 1.) Please make sure that your name is registered in the spreadsheets, the link of whose has been provided below. [For people, unable to open spreadsheets, check the comments to find pictures of registered members.]
2.) Please make sure the status of Team Player, Substitute or Captain has been chosen correctly. Make sure that if you have joined a team, it shows in the spreadsheet.
3.) The rating has been collected from 1st September, 2024. For those, who joined after 1st September, 2024, your ratings have been collected from the 30th game you played since joining!
For Captains : 1.) Please make sure that all the members of your team are in this club for negotiation purposes and announcements.
2.) Please make sure to check the team roster section of spreadsheet, to confirm your team, etc.
3.) Please check if any player has been missed from your team. If there is any flaw in the spreadsheet, please report is as soon as possible.
4.) Check your team name, Boards arrangement (as these will be used in Round 1), and other details.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PRACTICE ROUNDS WILL START FROM 5th January, 2025 till 11th January, 2025 before the first round of the league phase begins!
All teams and players should be registered by 11th January, 2025. In case of registered members unable to find a team, they will be automatically put into teams.
