Site: Huntington YMCA, 917 9th Street, Huntington
Format: 5 Round Swiss System, G/90 d5 (Rds 1-2 G/75 d5)  { Game in 90 minutes, with a 5 second delay} {Rounds 1 & 2 are Game in 75 minutes, also with a 5 second delay}

Registration: Sat 10-10:45
Rounds: Sat 11-2:30-6, Sun 10-2
Entry Fee: $50 by 9/4, $60 at site. GM-IM-WGM free, $60 deducted from prize.
Entries: WVSCA, 811 Hughes Drive, St. Albans, WV 25177. Online registration at chessregister.com
Prizes: $500 guaranteed, prizes based on 20 entries: $200-150-125, U1900 $100, U1600 $75, U1300 $50. Upset prize $40. Director reserves right to adjust prize sections.
Byes: One irrevocable half-point bye allowed in any round, must commit before round 2.
Other: WVCA membership is required for in-state residents competing in the State Championship. Membership must be obtained before or at the start of the event. The State Championship title will not be awarded to anyone who did not obtain membership before or at the start of the event.

WVCA Business Meeting Saturday at 10am.
