Three New Team Matches and the One World League!

Greetings Fellow Anna Muzychuk Fans,

Our club has been invited to participate in One World League competitions starting in January 2022!  There are several divisions available including some for Open Ratings and others for Restricted Ratings classes.  In addition, there are also Chess960 competitions.  Initially, we plan to enter team match competitions, but there are also vote chess competitions as well that we can consider in the future.

In order to help determine how many members in the club would like to be active in these league competitions, I have created three team matches.  One of them is a standard team match open to all ratings and begins on November 23.  Another is a standard team match open to players rated < 2000 and begins on November 28.  The third is a Chess960 team match open to all ratings and begins on November 28.

Based on the number of members who register for these team matches, the Admin team will decide which league divisions to enter initially in January 2022.  There will be additional league competitions that start later in 2022, and the Admin team will continue to monitor the team match activity of club members so that we can maximize our club's participation!
