Three strikes on timing out.

To keep our matches competitive and fun for every player in a club match, a three strikes guideline is being announced. 

• The goal of this guideline is to weed out members that over commit to joining club matches and disappear for months with no communication to the admins.

• Any member that times out in 3 separate club matches may be removed from the club roster, especially if this member has been inactive for over a couple months. In the event this member resumes activity and wishes to rejoin the club, they will be accepted at the admins' discretion. Any additional incident of this member timing out during a club match will result in being removed from the roster and banned from rejoining.

• In the event of extenuating circumstances that may result in timing out, such as a member going on vacation with no vacation days remaining, please message the admins proactively to communicate a sustainable plan to avoid future time outs. Provided this member is successful in completing the future games they join and no pattern of abuse is observed, they will remain on our club roster.
