Thursday 16 May - Rapidplay tournament

Wigan Chess Club have an open tournament tonight (Thursday 16 May).  You are all welcome to attend.  It is a Swiss style tournament with 15 minutes on the clock.  There will be five rounds.

This is suitable for everyone regardless of your standard of play.  After the first round you will be playing someone of a similar standard to yourself.

There is no entry fee, no prize money and no trophy.  Just an evening of good chess with nice people.

It will be held at St Jude’s Social Club, Poolstock Lane, Wigan, WN3 5JE.  Arrive 7.30 for a 7.45 start.
