Time to Shine: March Improvement Challenge Rewards Nominations Are Due By March 31
Dear Improvers,
As we near the end of March, it's time to submit your entry for our monthly Chess Improvement Challenge Rewards. The deadline is March 31, 23:59 PT.
We would like to recognize, celebrate, and reward your hard work on your chess improvement journey! Whether you are a beginner or an experienced player, this is your chance to shine and win. Anyone who is a member of the Improvers Club and has completed the Improvement Challenge can enter any of the three available categories.
Award Categories
1. Video of the Month
Awarded to participants who create and share standout videos and/or livestreams documenting their chess improvement journey.
2. Post Of The Month
Honoring the best forum post, blog, social media thread, or written content that tells a compelling improvement story or sparks great discussion.
3. Annotated Game Of The Month
Recognizing players who submit a thoughtfully annotated game in the Game Analysis forum. The post should showcase learning, insight, and self-reflection. We’re looking for clear explanations of ideas, plans, and key moments, with both wins and losses welcome!
What to do? Follow these to steps:

- Submit your post via the Google sheet (include the link to your post!)
How To Participate
To be considered for a prize, simply share your improvement journey with us! Submit your video, blog post, forum post, or study plan using this form by the end of the month.
When reviewing submissions, our committee of Chess.com staff will be looking for:
- Clear and engaging communication
- Your personal chess improvement story at any level
- Creativity and style
- Bonus points for humor! 😄
