Open Section – Includes the  Master Bounty Prize; Any player can “play up” into the Open Section

Under 1501 Section – Rating must be lower than 1501 to play in this section

Under 1001 Section – Great for lower-rated players and beginners

• Master Bounty Prize: Upset the #1 Master in the tournament and win $100. If you draw the Master, win $50.  If the Master wins all the games, then he/she wins the $100.

4-Round Swiss Tournament 

G/45  d/5; Each player receives 45 minutes with a 5-second delay. A Tornado is a one-day tournament where you play four games. Cash Prizes and Awards are given at the end of the tournament based on your final score.

• USCF Rated Tournament. Join/Renew USCF Membership at Registration
• 1/2 Point Bye is available; if notified before Round 2
• Prizes Fund based on 70 players
• Bring Chess Clock & Chess Set
