Tournament Award for Q3 and change of award policy

As I promised, for first 3 winners in each tournament, I will award $2 each. The award record can be found here:

If you are a winner, and want to get the award, please message me (from your account) your Paypal email, or in WeChat. 

From Oct, I am changing the policy of award. We will not award one tournament at a time. Basic structure will be:

- If you win trophy in 10 tournaments, you will be award $20. You will be responsible to provide the history of the tournaments you won. So keep a record.

- If you attend 50 tournaments, you will be award $10 for attendance, no need to win trophy. You will be responsible to provide the history of the tournaments you attended. So keep a record.

The purpose of the changes:

- discouraging cheating, which happened couple times recently.

- encouraging playing more in tournaments.

All counts start in Oct.
