Game on! Here’s how to play in PCS Chess Online #2:
- On April 22, between 3:25 – 3:39pm, go to https://www.chess.com/live#t=1193185 . At 3:40, chess.com will match you up with an opponent. In this tournament, each player will start with 10 minutes, and every time you make a move 3 seconds will be added to your clock. If you run out of time, you lose (same result as a checkmate).
- This tournament has 3 rounds; each round will start 5 seconds after the end of the last game of the previous rounds. There is no way to "pause" a round. If a player is disconnected from Live Chess at the start of the round, they will receive a 0-point bye. Players can follow live games in the games tab of the tournament page (next to the Standings tab).
- Based on the setup (3 rounds of 10|3 games), the tournament should finish by 4:45 and probably sooner than that.
