Triangulation in chess

Well not really an announcement, but no one ever uses the forum in this group anyway!

Tonight, at Brewood Chess Circle we looked at triangulation in chess and how it can be useful to use it in the endgame to help you win matches.

In the position below it is white to move (white is going up the board and black is going down the board.)  How can you make moves so that effectively you "miss a turn" and get into the same position again, but with black to move?

Good luck and I will post the answer soon.  Please post what you would do in the comments.
