Under 1100 event

I've created a friendly match, with The Great British Empire for <1100 players. This is to give all our players rated U1100 an opportunity to get some practice if they wish. TGBE has about 500 members and are a very active club. If all our U1100 players join, it's likely they will still have more players than us.
