Untitled Tuesday Delayed By One Hour

Due to the Pro Chess League quarterfinals today, the Titled Tuesday tournament got pushed back an hour from the usual time.  To avoid an overlap with Titled Tuesday, we will therefore push Untitled Tuesday back an hour.
