Untitled Tuesday reminder and Saturday event - August

Here we go again! Our next event is tomorrow, Tuesday August 1st.  We will start at 3:30 PM Pacific time, 22:30 UTC, which should give time for Titled Tuesday to finish.  Time zone converter: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?msg=Untitled+Tuesday&iso=20170801T1530&p1=137

Due to the turnout at recent events, we will go up to nine rounds.  The time control will be three minutes with two seconds of increment.

The use of computer assistance is not permitted.  Games will be monitored for fair play violations.

To join, go into the live chess server and select the Tournaments tab.  The Untitled Tuesday event will appear in the list an hour before it is due to start.  You can also use this link: https://www.chess.com/live#t=881138.  Note: club tournaments are a V3-only feature.  If you use the old version of the site, you will need to temporarily switch to V3.

Saturday Event

Since there is no time that works for everyone, we will vary the time of the Saturday event every month to accommodate different time zones.  If the time one month doesn't work, maybe next month will be better.

Live Streaming

@LonerDruid is planning to live stream our events this month.  His streaming channel is at https://www.twitch.tv/thenextmove.  His coaching club is https://www.chess.com/club/the-next-move-chess-academy.  If I understand correctly, he is planning to provide live commentary rather than play.  If you listen to the stream while playing, be sure to mute the sound if he comes to your game so he doesn't give you any tips!
