Uruguay match

I had to cancel the Uruguay match.  They could not get a third player with the parameters we offered, which basically just eliminated their weakest players.  Their administrator asked us to cancel and re-challenge without parameters.  I have done that.  Those of you who had signed up for that match, please re-enter your names as soon as they accept the challenge.  Raul
