Vote Chess Suggestions

I feel our vote chess games are going bad.

Things that will help to improve them:

More involvement by members.  What does that mean?

  Of course we would like to see as many members as possible join the vote chess games.

  However...there is more to it than that.

If you join the games please discuss what moves you feel should be made. Because if you simply just vote with out a discussion, it doesn't work.

  If we are all on the same page with an idea or plan for the game it will lead to success.

  I feel that we should slow it down with our vote chess games by only playing one game at a time until we have this figured out. 

I am willing to resign all of our vote chess games but one at this point.  I feel we should NEVER accept a vote chess game challenge with a time of 12 or 24 hours/move.  If our group was larger it could be different.

  We are going to lose all of our vote chess games if we don't work as a team from this point on.

  Also, if you vote, maybe copy and paste what the votes are in the comments so others can at least get an idea of what direction the votes are leaning to.  Too many times we've had votes split and then the move has gone to whoever voted first. 

It's been a mess, but we'll improve.  All the members with a lower rating should participate to help improve your own games.  I've learned a lot from playing vote chess in the public games on chess.com.

I am curious to see what others think about this.
