Vote for the rating cap and time control!

Before we start Season 1, there are some issues that have been brought up. One of them is that the teams are imbalanced. Originally, I thought that a rating cap wouldn't be necessary, but now I think it is. That's why I'm doing a vote. Also, what should the time control be? Vote in the comments! Voting closes Monday June 26 (I hope that's ok).

Rating Cap:

1500: 4 (GreenAardvark, Axonn, Typewriter44, chessguy1012)

1600: 2 (RookSacrifice, YoyoPuppy)

1700: 1 (DKBRAO)

Time control:

3|0: 2 (YoyoPuppy, Stephen_Stanfield)

3|2: 4 (liamchez, chessguy1012, DKBRAO, RookSacrifice)

5|2: 4 (pouncingpawn, GreenAardvark, Axonn, Typewriter44)

Also, if you have any other suggestion, feel free to discuss in the comments. For example, is one blitz game enough in each week, or do we want to play more than one?
