All People who want to become a club crew please leave a thumbs up in the comments and tell us how will you help the club grow . 

Promotions will be done on basis of hierarchy . member can be promoted to coordinator , coordinators to admins . Admins to SA  (This would be tough as criteria would be high).

NOTICE

Also all candidates will be given cheers for participation . apart from that cords who have not done anything for the club since past 1 month (From 26th may onwards) will be demoted , we will be going through audit logs and reviewing , and similar for admins (but they have leverage that if any 4 members say to save them they wont be demoted)
