We don't have a lot of active members

We have a problem and we need to fix it. If you look at the knights and the rooks of the thunder notes almost everyone who made a note is either a coordinator, admin, or super admin.  If you go to tournaments every person who is in the tournament is either a coordinator, admin, or super admin. So where are the members of the club? Well some of the members are just not active on chess.com anymore. Some members are active, so where are they? Those members are still in the club but they are bored. And why? They are bored of being in this club because we are not interacting with them. We are not talking to the other four hundred seventy-three members. We are not even acknowledging that they are here. The only people who really get to interact in this club are super admins, admins, and coordinators. If all the members are bored of us soon they will leave. How do I know this? One month ago before I was an admin, I was so bored of this club. I probably would had left but I did not know how. How do we fix this problem? Well first we need to start off by inviting new members. Then we need to greet them and interact with them. Depending on there chess rating someone will play chess with them. We need to interact with the members so they don't leave. But what is the fun out of this? We can still have fun but we will have more members.
