Weekly Rapid Tournaments For The Improvers Club Members
Dear Chess Improvers,
Thank you so much to the many Improver Club members who submitted their responses to our survey regarding online tournaments! The results were abundantly clear: you want tournaments!
You ask, we deliver!
Weekly tournaments are here!
We'll be offering live tournaments every Sunday!
- Format: Four-round Swiss
- Time control: 10+2 (10 minutes with a two-second increment from move 1.)
- Starting at 12 p.m. ET / 18:00 CET / 10:30 p.m. IST
- The estimated endgame is around 2:00 p.m. ET / 20:00 ET / 12:30 a.m. +1 IST.
All Improvers are welcome to enter!
Please note: To enter the tournament, you must have played at least 10 games in any rapid time control on Chess.com. This is mainly to help prevent fair play violations. Of course, our team will conduct rigorous fair play checks during and after the event.

Prizes
We are awarding one-month diamond memberships as prizes to the following players:
- Top three finishers
- Additional three players, placing at the 25th, 50th, and 75th place
Places are determined via tiebreak score (SB).
How To Enter
The event will appear on the Improvers Club homepage and on the Club Events page.
You will also receive an automated message one hour before the start time. Check your club settings to make sure that you have opted in.
