Weekly Social Chess Nights Debut Thurs June 5th in Pleasanton

Calling all adults (19+)! Our new 'Good Vibes, Bad Chess' club debuts June 5th and runs through the summer every Thursday night.

We welcome players of all levels and backgrounds, from chess parents wanting to keep up with their kids, current and returning tournament players, online players wanting to play in-person, and curious beginners!

Join us if you are looking for a non-intimidating way to exercise your brain, hang with other adults, and maybe even win a prize!

Where: Pacific Pearl Mall Food Court (south section of mall, next to 99 Ranch Market), 2705 Stoneridge Drive, Pleasanton

When: Every Thursday night starting June 5th.
5:30 - 6:30 PM - free play chess, informal instruction and registration.
6:30 - 8:30ish PM - Non-rated tournaments with small cash and cash-equivalent prizes for all levels, including novices.
