Welcome back, Akshay

For  those who didn't know, @akshaythegradmaster helped the club in in it's early days. He helped the club grow from 50-120 members. But in the end of April, he left for a very long time. He came back temporary in July and became inactive until September 30. But he is back and promoted to admin.
