What do we need?

First thing I want to say is that chief Administartor is Razor2bowl.He is much better qualified to do the job than me so I am placing myself as his assistant.

That said we must all help  this group to get better and not expect from one or 2 persons to do all the job.When I say better , I don't mean higher in ranks.Personally I don't care even if we are last.I only care if we feel that the group is covering our needs.

I wanted to ask every one of you , what do you think this group need?

We are a learning group, so the critical question is , do we learn?

Do we need puzzles or something else?I  always wondered what is the use of puzzles.You take a position where you know that the side with the move is winning and you try to find the moves.Does it have any instructive value.Maybe it has, I'm not sure, what do you think?

      Personally I would prefer taking a game discussing about the plans and trying to find the next move.But maybe it's just me.

So I will repeat my questions:
