What IS THE STAFF DOING?

Hello mates, this is only for the staff of this club only, please ignore if you are not...

IDK WHY, but all the coordinators, admins, and super admins are totally inactive! They don't create a tournament, invite members or contribute to the club development. I don't create many tournaments because there is already so many vote chess' created by @tuatara! What are the rest of the staff doing? Can I and @tuatara13 know?
