What should we do to make this club more active?

This club is grinding to a halt, we aren't gaining any more members and now that the Chess Olympics has finished (which didn't go very well as hardly anybody participated) this club is not really doing anything.

To solve this problem, usually I would make a few tournaments but the problem with that is nobody joins them.

Please can you put ideas in the comments on what we could do and the person who comes up with the winning idea will be promoted to Admin and if they are already Admin or Super Admin they will get 20 Trophies.

We will decide on the winning idea with a vote which I will open once there is quite a lot of entries.

And please, PLEASE, be more active on this club. Together we will make things better.
