Hey everyone! I'm super excited to announce the upcoming giveaways!

The tournaments will begin March 1st. This may seem like a stretch to get started now, but I prefer to be prepared. I know that with a boost of morale and a little bit of encouragement, we can reach this newfound goal easily.

To be eligible to play in this tournament, you must be a member of this club. If you are not a member, you will not be permitted to participate.

FORMAT:

Qualifiers: 18 total tournaments, you may join as many as you would like.

3 tournaments- sub-1000 rated, 1l1 bullet games.

3 tournaments- 1000+ rated, 1l1 bullet games.

3 tournaments- sub-1000 rated, 5 minuite blitz games.

3 tournaments- 1000+ rated, 5 minuite blitz games.

3 tournaments- sub-1000 rated, 10 minute rapid games.

3 tournaments- 1000+ rated, 10 minute rapid games.

Only the winners of each tournament will advance to the semifinals.

Semifinals: Three one-day daily tournaments, match-ups randomized. 6 people in each tournament, top 2 in each tournament will advance to finals.

Finals: One, one-day daily tournament. The top three will win the following prizes:

First place receives a one-month diamond membership  

Second place receives a one-month platinum membership  

Third place receives a one-month gold membership  

Please understand that I am currently having issues linking my bank account, credit card, and Chess.com together. This should be fixed/worked out before the tournament even starts, but if problems proceed, it may take longer to redeem your prize (don't worry, you'll get it eventually).

RULES:

By joining either one of these tournaments, you agree to this policy

We reserve the right to revise or terminate this policy at any time we deem necessary.

-Follow the Chess.com fair play policy. You agreed to this when you opened your account.

-You may not use more than one account to participate in any of the tournaments. If you are found to be using multiple account to manipulate rating and increase chances of winning, all of your accounts will be suspended from the tournament.

-If a titled player is to finish on the podium, they will not be awarded the membership, and the membership will go to the player with the second-highest placement in terms of eligibility for that placement.

-Understand that this is a no vacation tournament. You will only have 1 day maximum to make your move on your turn in the daily games.

-If you time out in 3 or more games, you will be removed from the tournament.

-Be respectful to all other players.
