WISDOM DROP DAY 1
📘 MASTER’S WISDOM DROP — DAY 1
♟ “The Power of the Weakness Principle”
Concept:
A weak square or weak pawn is one that cannot be protected by another pawn.
Examples: backward pawns, isolated pawns, doubled pawns, holes (like d5/d4).
Why this matters:
If you identify your opponent’s weakness early, you can:
Place your pieces on strong outposts
Target the weak pawn
Force them into a passive position
Slowly build winning advantage without risk
Golden Rule:
👉 “Attack what cannot move.”
Weak pawns cannot run away, but pieces can.
Simple Example Tip:
If your opponent has an isolated pawn on d4, aim your bishop, rook, or knight at it.
Once it becomes difficult to defend, the position collapses.
